Jason Button. The Brazilian news agency Estado has recently published an interview with British Formula One driver Jason Button where the 2009 world champion mentioned that some car racing teams contacted him at the end of last season with the objective of reaching a deal over his services as a driver.

One of the motor racing teams that had approved the British driver was Italian Ferrari that wanted Button to become the team mate of Spanish driver Fernando Alonso. In this way, is evident that the Italian motor racing team was not very happy about the performance displayed by its second driver, Brazilian Felipe Massa, during the 2011 season.

On the other side, Button has assured that “it could be interesting to have Fernando (Alonso) as a team mate” while confirming that he was in contact with some motor racing teams at the end of the last season just before deciding to renew his contract with his current team, McLaren.
