Electric cars.- A study developed by a group of researchers from the Electronic Technology Department at the
University of Seville in Southern Spain has revealed that, at the moment, around 15% of energy generated by the trains is discharged.
Therefore, researchers, led by Dr. Juan Manuel Carrasco, are working in the development of a new system to recover this energy with the objective of reusing it in electric cars.
The project is taking on board with the collaboration of the Infrastructure Train Administration in Spain and it is expected that in a few years the initiative becomes a reality.
