Prince Charles shared images and photos of the Royal Family with the BBC

The Prince of Wales reveals private footage of the British Royal Family for a documentay of the BBC.

Royal Family.- A documentary produced by the British public television channel BBC has shown some previously unpublished footage of the British Royal family, including home movies recorded by Queen Elizabeth II.

The videos and photos were donated by the oldest son of the monarch, Prince Charles, as a tribute to her mother on the celebrations of the 60th anniversary of her coronation.

Together with the videos, the Prince of Wales shared his family memories providing an insight of the more familiar side of the Queen in her facet as a mother and a grandmother.

The BBC programme was broadcasted last Friday in the United Kingdom and for sure some of the images will become part of the history of the British monarchy.
